It started out nice, this Family Fun Day. I really enjoyed it, and I got tired from all the fun, and the heat.
I got to pet a pig in a water trough.. he didn't care as long as he got to eat and no one is really bothering. I have always like the petting zoo. I'm just weird like that.
The mini horse, eww.. attitudie.. seriously.. he wouldn't let Grandson touch him. But there were puppies... Grandson loved them.. A couple of Hens with their little chickies.. cute how they hide them. There were more, I left.. we got there too early and they were still setting them up. Their teenager looked like she'd rather be somewhere else.
I saw some friends I haven't seen in awhile, and their were some parents there that I taught their kids horsemanship. They asked for their new ones.. but I told them I was not doing the class anymore. I am kinda old now, and am just concentrating on Grandson. They thought I had moved. No, we still here.. just not doing it.
Hubby went to work early this morning around five and got back in time to go to the Family Fun Day. During this little activity, he seemed relaxed and just happy.
I had so much to say, but I lost my train of thoughts. Well, til I chat again or blog my journal.
O I went to the Casino and saw the race horses.. They were just showing the horses for betting.. I didn't get to stay.. Grandson was at home with Grandpa, and He needed to get ready for work.. so had to hurry home. The horses were 2yo TBs. I liked one, he was highly spirited. I prolly woulda picked him. One was tooo stiff.. that I wouldn't pick..
